The house is 5 minutes from Coulsdon town 15 minutes from Coulsdon South.
I have an 12 year old daughter who spends 35% of her time with her Dad. I also have a cat who spends 65% of her time outside! I work from home and travel for work some weeks. I love to cook, exercise and socialize. Looking for someone who enjoys the same. Students welcome. Ideally looking for a midweek tenant but will consider weekly (£600 per month).
