- The Room is only for single occupancy. Suitable for a person who is quiet, clean, and tidy who is looking for short let accommodation.

The location
-The flat is located in a very quiet residential area, a short distance from the train station. Bus stops are around 2-3 mins walking distance from the property, 6-7 min walk to South Croydon train station and 10 min bus ride to both West and East Croydon Stations. Very good transport links into Gatwick airport and the City of London.

The flat
- The flat is very clean and quiet and has got everything you need for a comfortable stay. All the shared areas are very tidy and clean.
- The shared kitchen is fully equipped and comes with cooking utensils and accessories, including cooker, electric oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, boiler. Only veg cooking are allowed in the kitchen.
- The flat includes a utility room with washing machine and dryer. It also includes one bathroom which includes a bath/shower and is shared with one flat mate.

You will be sharing the flat with a friendly, clean, and respectful housemate, a mature professional who will allow you to live peacefully in your own home.
