I am 26 and live with my 3 year old daughter.

My daughter is calm and friendly. She and I are generally away alternate weekends.

We are out working/ nursery most of the week.

I teach yoga locally and work in london as receptionist at a yoga studio.

There is a bright furnished single bedroom available for rent for £400

I do also have a nice double room that I could rent alternatively for £550 inc bills.

There is use of the large and south facing garden, the communal living room and dining room and kitchen and bathroom.

We will both be away abroad for most of winter. A month away here and there. I am looking for someone who can rent a room and stay till at least Feb next year.
