I have a big double room available in my lovely home in a quiet street in Thornton Heath, South London, in a large semi detached house with garden, 5 mins walk from station, supermarket, shops, swimming pool. (20 mins to Victoria, Waterloo and London Bridge, 40 mins to whitechapel).


The house was all refurbished last year with a double living room, wooden floorboards throughout, woodburner, a big sit in kitchen, a big bathroom with walk in shower and bath. The conservatory will be fitted in September.
Suitable for one person, (artist, musician and other creative types welcome), sharing with me,(academic / artist).

Available from 1st October, short or long stay. Monday to Friday possible. 550£ per month inclusive of gaz, electricity, water, wifi, (plus council tax £60 per month)
