I am a current house-mate living in our house in Colliers Wood, only a 10-15 minute walk from Colliers Wood Underground Station and Tooting Station.

There would be 3 people in the house (plus you) and everyone works different hours. I am only moving out as I am moving closer to work but the rest of the housemates are extremely welcoming and would love for someone to join them.
The room is a single bed and is on the top floor of 3. PHOTOS WILL BE ADDED of the room very shortly. It is furnished and the rent price includes bills except council tax and tv licence. Our landlord is one of our house-mate's parents so he is always helpful and this is why the rent is quite cheap even though the house is gorgeous. There is a £300 deposit and the room is available from the 1st April.
