Double room for Monday to Friday let and occasional weekends available. Full time rental or short term lets will be considered. It is more important to find the right housemate.
The room has a double bed, wardrobe and side table. First set of bed linen is also included but you will need to bring your own pillows and duvet. The house comes with access to wifi and Sky package with super fast broadband and a variety of channels.
The house is a 3 bedroom, 3 reception 1930’s style that has been modernised. Situated in a quiet cul de sac with plenty of road space for parking, a primary school nearby and lots of space to walk and enjoy the fresh air.
It is 5 minutes walk from Waddon Marsh tram stop, with access to super stores and high street shops in Purley Way and Valley Park Shopping Complex and Valley Park.
It has a bathroom with a bath and shower extension, large sitting room and dining room. As well as a conservatory, two toilets and large front and rear gardens.
Occupancy is currently shared between me and one other tenant. I work full time and the other tenant is a student, between the two of us the house is relatively quiet and homely. We are both friendly and sociable, enjoying time hanging out in the living with good conversation and plenty of laughter. We like to keep things quiet and chilled out with a relaxed atmosphere throughout the house.
One month's rent and one month's deposit is required upfront to secure the room. Rolling six month contract with one month termination notice is applicable.
