Hi All,

we are looking for two friendly people to move in to our 5 bed house in Norbury. We have got two double rooms to rent and ideally looking for two professionals to rent them, although we may also accept a friendly couple.

The rooms are furnished with double beds, chest of drawers, wardrobe etc. There are currently 3 people living in the house - two girls and a guy in their twenties/thirties.

The house has a kitchen and a garden at the back. We are also having a gym installed in our conservatory so if you are a fitness fan, then you will love the place. Also, one of the flatmates has a cat so the new tenant would need to be a pet lover.

Norbury is located within the 3rd fare zone with a good transport link to Victoria (20mins), London Bridge (25) and a plenty of buses going to Streatham, Brixton, Croydon.

The rent is £130 a week for a single person and £150 for a couple. This includes all bills. We require also 2 weeks security deposit to be paid upfront along with one week rent. Both rooms are available now.
