Hey,

I'll be out of London for two months this summer and have a double room in Hackney Central I wish to sublet from 10th of June to 10th of August 2014 or parts of this period.

Located right between Hackney Central station and Hackney Downs station it is less than 5 minute walk to both stations which connects to the rest of East London with the overground. 6 minute train ride to Highbury and Islington, 8 minutes to Liverpool Street, 11 minutes to Camden. Walking distance to Broadway Market, London Fields, Victoria Park, Dalston and Clapton.

The area has a lot of lovely bars and pubs that put on good gigs, galleries, cafes, markeds, parks and interesting shops.

The room is recently refurbished, has a double bed, large desk and everything you'll need of shelves and closets, good light during the day (perfect for freelance artists), laminated flooring.
The rest of the house has a large kitchen and living room, two bathrooms and a garden.

£133 pr week / £530 pr month
