Double room available to rent in Denny, Falkirk. The room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, fitted wardrobe and TV. You would also have your own large main bathroom fitted with a bath and mains powered shower.

You will have full access to the shared downstairs living space - kitchen, dining room and living room. We also have an office which you could access when not in use. We have a log burner in the livingroom that we usually light at the weekends.

Possibly best suited for a young professional but open to anyone. There is free parking available at the house which is located in close proximity to bus stops with frequent bus links. Nearest major towns and cities are:
- Falkirk, 15 minutes
- Stirling, 20 minutes
- Glasgow, 30 minutes
- Edinburgh, 40 minutes

My boyfriend and I work away during the day (Mon-Fri); he sometimes works from home. We are usually about at the weekends with the dogs. We have two Dalmatians, Apollo and Aurora, so you will need to like dogs as they will like you. They are quiet dogs, only bark at the excitement of visitors and love a good cuddle on the sofa.

We also have a decent sized garden and patio with furniture for that 1 week of summer we get in Scotland.
