Looking for a lodger ideally over 30 however if if your under 30 but you think you would be a good fit get in touch.
Usual amenities, eg washing machine, dishwasher, tumble drier, etc. Fibre internet so ideal for work/study at home with a good sized desk with room for 2 monitors.
The house is near the A38 and A50, easy access to the Royal Derby Hospital, Queens Hospital,, Uni etc.
There is a choice of 2 rooms, however I am only looking to occupy 1 and keep the other as a spare room.
The house welcomes respectful lodgers, very inclusive of all LGBQT, nationalities etc. The main thing is we get on well. Couples considered but this will be reflected in the rent.
The lodgers deposit will be held in a Tenancy Deposit Scheme and a contract will be drawn up for mutual assurance.
