A friendly house looking for a friendly person!, We have a large room, overlooking the green garden, in East Dulwich, near the trendy North Cross Road market, leisure centre/pool, gym and train station. It is 15 mins to London Bridge or Victoria. This is a vibrant area, full of independent shops, large parks, pubs and bars.

It is a big and social house; with a lounge with Sky TV .... an eat in kitchen and yes we do cook, and bake cakes . We also have. a sunny garden with BBQ. We are open to someone with a cat, as ours is moving out with his owner...

Space for a bike if (like us) you cycle. Space for working in the house - your own desk and shelves in the bedroom and there is a table in the kitchen, 2 tables in the garden and sofas in the lounge ... Lots of space for working and chilling.
