Hi, We are a mixture of students and young professionals with a large double bedroom to offer
The flat is in an Edwardian block, with wide hallways, lots of storage space, loads of light, has an amazing roof Terrace and a spacious living area, bathroom and kitchen dining area, located right on the corner of Peckham Rye park, with fabulous views over central London and to the south. We have a fast internet connection and a wide flat screen tv that are shared.

The large double bedroom is quiet and faces back gardens and rooftops. Big window, lots of light, as is the whole flat being on the top floor. Your bedroom is partially furnished with fairly new double bed, ikea clothes rack/hanging space, and a desk should you want it.

The location is great for transport links and you can get into town from here quickly and easily. Both Peckham rye and east Dulwich station are just a ten minute walk away. There are many buses(including 24hour buses) that are less then a 5 minute walk away. For example, the 484, 37, 12, 176, 36 and others. There is a 6am to 11pm Tesco l minute away and a 24hour corner shop next door. Larger supermarkets such as Asda and Sainsburys are about 15-20mins walk away.

Fusion Gym and newly renovated swimming pool is 3 mins from the flat and a further 5 minutes away is Lordship Lane which has many nice pubs and restaurants to offer, and of course the park is right on our doorstep. 10-20 minutes away is Peckham High street which has many shops and a cinema.

As for the people Living here, Joel Lesa and Ralph, They are relaxed, tidy and easygoing. Joel and Lesa are a professional couple working in IT and Law respectively, Ralph is a student Studying Physics at UCL. They Have been living together for 2 years now. They all enjoy a good video game, Movie, BBq/Party on the roof, nice meal out and cinema visit. Ralph wont get off his bike, and will fix yours! just dont try to make him take public transport...

I (hettie) have also lived with them for 2 years and am moving out due to my course at camberwell being finished. Im sure I will still see a lot of the flat though. Will miss it!
