Now that my Emma, my lodger for the last year, is moving out, her large double room is available to let. We're on a quiet street off the bottom end of Lordship Lane, about 30 minutes from King's or the Maudsley, and an hour to most central London destinations. Forest Hill & the Overground are 20 minutes away, as are the independent shops & cafes of Lordship Lane. You'll be sharing with me (male, professional, retired) and another lodger, (hardworking male, mid twenties). There's also a large garden which can be a suntrap on a summer afternoon and evening.
