Hello!
For the last 3.5 years I’ve been living with one of my oldest friends Emma who has sadly decided to move on and so now looking for a new flat mate!
I lived with Emma for 3.5 years and before her another school friend Charlotte for 1.5 and so would ideally like to live with a female housemate again.
The room is a medium sized double, situated at the back of the house (at the other end to my bedroom) overlooking the downstairs flats garden; furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, cube shelves, bed side table and mirror.
The flat is on the upstairs floor of a Victorian house that’s been converted into two flats with a large living room and separate kitchen. Close to both Dulwich Park and Peckham Rye as well as the pubs, restaurants and shops of Lordship Lane. There’s off street free parking and pretty much equidistant to East Dulwich, Peckham Rye, Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill Train stations.
£1100.00 covers: Rent, Council Tax (Band C), Gas & Electric, Water, Virgin Broadband, TV License.
I work on TV commercials and music videos which are usually long hours but also work from home a few days a week.
I’m clean, tidy, easy going and very sociable so would be cool to live with someone to have a beer and watch some tv with from time to time but you’ll also likely have the flat to yourself a few days a week as I sometimes work longish hours and usually out and about most of the weekend.
Looking to fill the room by the beginning of June but quite flexible so give me a shout if you have any questions, want to have a look round and we can go for a coffee/drink and see if we are a good fit!
Cheers,
Jack
