Hello! I am moving out of my cozy flat in Homerton to live with my sister so I'm looking for someone to take over my room.

Its a double room with large windows on a quiet street with the flat itself on the 1st floor. The second bedroom is separated by the bathroom so its great for when you need quiet time. I have furniture (bed frame, mattress, clothes rail and shelves) I'd be happy to leave for the next tenant if they'd like.

You will be living with Elizabeth who is finishing up her degree in History of Art. She is a kind and considerate flatmate that enjoys seeing live music, baking, going to the pub and watching reality TV with a takeaway after a long day.

Rent is £825 p/m, bills usually come to £80p/m (electric, internet and wifi) and its council tax Band B.

Homerton station is a 10 minute walk away with links to Highbury and Islington (9 mins), Dalston Kingsland (5 mins), and Stratford (9 mins). I also cycle to Liverpool Street station for work which is 18 mins away, or 25 mins via the Overground and the Elizabeth Line so its an incredibly well connected location.

The tenancy is valid until August 25th as the landlord has expressed she will be selling the place afterwards so unfortunately there is no current possibility to extend the contract (which might change depending on the new buyer).
