My house is in the picturesque, traditional, fishing village of Cockenzie in East Lothian. It's almost right on the beach and close to Edinburgh with 24hr bus service.

The room is large and bright, contemporary comfortable and has stunning sea views. it has an en-suite toilet with basin and loads of storage. At night you can enjoy beautiful sunsets and with the window open, you can hear the waves

The main bathroom is shared and has both a bath and a shower. Downstairs there is a large open-plan Kitchen, Dining and Living Room area. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped. This area has direct access to the outdoor deck. at the rear which overlooks the sea.

There is fast wifi throughout the house.
