Looking for someone to fill empty double bedroom in Edinburgh City Centre Flat

The flat is located just off York place so just about as central as you can get. Despite this, its on a quiet road so feels like a hideaway from busy central but is only a breath away from supermarkets, pubs, restaurants and central city life.

The flat has a living room, kitchen, one bathroom, two bedrooms and a study/sunroom at the back of the property which leads out onto a private patio. The whole flat has recently been renovated with a modern kitchen and bathroom with underfloor heating.

I am a 23-year old student who in the process of completing their masters in Global Climate Change and Environmental Law at Edinburgh University, however will be pursuing a professional career upon graduation. I am an Edinburgh local born and bred and have lived with a range of folk over the years. I'm into my music and films as well as grabbing a pint or going on a good walk to grab a coffee.
