Hi all,
My flatmate is moving abroad, so I am looking to fill her fully furnished room in our wonderful flat!
That flat is in Newington, 3 minutes walk from UoE main campus. It is a more quiet street, but it's off of Nicolson, so there's tons of grocery shops, restaurants, and pubs right there. On the other side we're really close to Holyrood Park and Pleasance Gym as well, so it's a great central location.
The bedroom is pretty large, and comes fully furnished with a double bed, desk and chair, dresser, huge bookcase, and wardrobe. We also have a sizeable living/dining room in the flat.
Ideally, I'm looking for someone to take over the room from 1 November. I'm a postgraduate student, but I'm open to living with students or non-students. The flat is also pet-friendly, though we don't currently have any pets.
