We own a four bedroom house, and currently have a lodger who is moving out soon. We are only looking for one person ideally. The ideal person would be a student or professional seeking a double room, if you need more space we are also happy for you to take the second room in addition to use as a walk in wardrobe or even an office at a negotiated price. You can choose any of the double rooms and we can offer the room as furnished ( bed & wardrobe) or not if you would prefer to use your own furniture, you’ll also have two storage cupboards and your own bathroom to use. We have a medium sized garden. My partner is a personal trainer and I am now working part time. We are both from London & together we have an extremely friendly house trained little chihuahua as well as a little cocker spaniel. We would prefer someone who doesn’t smoke and is tidy but our house is lived in so we aren’t obsessed about it just as long as we take eachother into consideration. We are based in EH17 and a about a 20 min bus ride away from the University of Edinburgh and about 15 mins away from two different horse riding stables if you’re an equestrian!

We also have some dumbbells and a squat rack in our garage if you’re into lifting weights!

Our interests include; the gym (Nick) home workouts (me) great walks horse riding, yoga, Pilates, socialising with friends… I recently started knitting I’m total crap at it so any tips if you have would be a bonus hahah. And we just love having a good laugh… my partner loves reading a lot of political books ( if that’s interesting to you)
