Renting a bedroom with a double bed for 1 person on EH16 available from the 20th of May for long-term.

The flat is bright, has two bathrooms, two bedrooms, a living room with TV and WiFi. You will be sharing with me, a Spanish woman working in healthcare.

Is located at 20 minutes by bus from Princess Street with access to buses 3, 7, 8, 12, 24, 29, 31, 33, X33, 37, 47, 49, 51, X95 and a 10 minutes walk from local shops and Cameron Toll.

The price is monthly and doesn't include bills. Monthly bills are 60£ per person for electricity (unless we go over) and 20£ for WiFi. Council tax is band E (80£) - students considered if sharing council tax cost.
