The rent is £725/pcm. Bills are not included. Electricity bills vary from £100 to £150, Internet is £14 per month. Council Tax band C. Roommate is professional so professional is preferred unless you are willing to share the tax.

The current tenant is an easy-going Chinese girl, but she hopes you to be tidy and quiet. No party at home.
