I am looking for another student to share a 3-bed flat (bedroom 2) with myself and another student. We are both females who attend Edinburgh University. I am a second year student and my flatmate is also in her second year.

The flat is located on Easter Road, so it is very close to supermarkets and bus routes. The bedroom is a good size and has a double bed and the shared lounge is spacious with high ceilings.

The property is fully double glazed and has gas central heating.

Rent is £440 per month, including bills. This includes Virgin TV and super fast wifi.

The room is available for rent from September 1st 2017 to 31st May 2018

I do not take a deposit but would ask a months rent is paid in advance to secure the room. The the next rent payment would not be due until the 1st October.
