Double Room to Rent for two months in Summer!
My name is Muireann and I am going travelling in summer and am hoping to rent my room for July and August. The bedroom has a double bed and plenty of clothes storage.
My flat mate Rhiannon is the other occupant, she is a full time worker and also has a wee old dog Jay!
We have a gorgeous garden that is shared with two other flats. Our flat has no stairs. We have a good sized kitchen, a breakfast bar and a dining area space. We have a large sitting room with a large tv.
Our flat is just off Leith walk, 5mins walk from tram stop Balfour st and bus stops. Less than 7min walk to tesco express, tesco extra, lidl and boots!
The bills are £60 a month for council tax, and around £40/50 a month for wi-fi, electricity and gas.
Our new flat mate preferably would be young female, clean, outgoing and above all chatty!
