Spacious bedroom available to sub-let in a bright, spacious 2-bedroom flat. Situated within the heart of the West End, Haymarket, Dean Village, and Princes Street are only a short walk away, and Old Town is 15-20 minutes away. Train, tram, and bus-stops all very close connecting the area to the rest of the city, and there are several supermarkets close by. The West End has loads of local shops, restaurants, bars, and pubs making it a vibrant place to live (though not as much with the current restrictions!).

The room is furnished, with space for a desk if you need to work from home.
The shared bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, and there is a well-equipped kitchen and very spacious living room with a dining area over-looking a large public garden.

I'm pretty sociable and like to get out, so it would be nice to find someone that is happy to explore the city and further afield, or to have flat meals and movies.
I can spend quite a bit of time working in the evenings though, so I'm also considerate of people's personal time and happy to do my own thing!
