One of my flatmates is going to move out at the end of August/early September so we’re looking for a PhD/Masters student to take over his lease. It’s a spacious 4 double bedroom flat and is a private let. The flat has a big kitchen and living room (which is also being used as an office) with a lovely view overlooking Bruntsfield Links. We also have access to a communal garden. The bathroom is shared between three people (the fourth room is ensuite). The rent for the room is £580 and about £35 for gas, electricity and internet. The rent will go up by £20 per person from November so it'll be £600pm. The room is south facing and has plenty of space for a desk to work from home. As for the flatmates, we are three PhD students who enjoy cooking, baking bread, music, and socialising at home.
