Hello, we have a room available in our lovely 4 bedroom flat in Polwarth Gardens. We are three male 21-23 year old university students, and as flat we are very relaxed and enjoy watching sports (particularly football) and quizzes, going to the pub and listening to music. We are looking for another student to live with us for the coming year.
The rent is £590 per month for June (rising to £630 per month from July onwards) + bills and the room is available from the 31st May.
