We are seeking a PhD student (or master's student) interested in renting a room in Newington and available to move in by June. The room is exclusively available to current students, as explicitly required by the contract. It features ample space, furnishings, and a comfortable double bed. Our flat includes a large kitchen with an attached living space, along with a single bathroom shared by the three tenants. Conveniently located right next to Summerhall, with a Sainsbury's just 5 minutes away and two Tescos within a 10-minute walk, our flat offers easy access to everything Edinburgh has to offer! Please note that the flat is located on the 4th floor with no lift access.
