Double room in a two bed flat coming available in a quiet cul de sac just off Inverleith Row (close to the east entrance to the Botanic Gardens). Bathroom is shared.

Other roommate is female, aged 32, Irish and mainly works from the sitting room. Ideally looking for a flatmate who works a 9-5ish job and rarely works from home, or a student who is based in a lab, etc.
