I have a two bedroom house, living on my own. Looking for someone to take the spare room, furnished currently for my daughter but will be changing to suit tenant requirements, can add double bed

Dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge all can be used!

I do have one friendly cat and his brother who’s scared of his own shadow who won’t come near you but they come and go as they please!
