This is a five bedroom house and we have two double rooms available.
The rooms comes all furnished, it has good space.
All bills included and once in a while we do shopping of cleaning materials and chemicals and we share between all of us (if you don’t want to share, it’s fine but you will need to buy your own toilet paper, detergent for dishes, bleach, floor cleaning and kitchen towels.

Room 1: The price is 200£ a week with all bills included for a single person and 220£ a week for couple/2 occupants.

Room 2: The price is 220£ a week with all bills included for a single person and 240£ a week for couple/2 occupants.

You can have your own time to do your things, cook, wash clothes and you will be allowed to use shared areas when you desire.
The rule is the same everywhere, off the lights when not using the area, sense when doing laundry, clean after using the kitchen and toilet, empty the bin when it’s full.

Unfortunately we can’t have more child because we already have 2 living in there.
