This is a small single bedroom in a family home in a fabulous, central yet quiet location, 7 min walk from the station and 3 min from the university link bus stop.

I am an ecologist and live here with my 14 year-old twins and our lady rabbit, who has a hutch outside but also roams the (rather wild) garden and living room. We are rather active and go everywhere in Stirling by bike.

There is a shared upstairs bathroom, a kitchen and dining area, and a downstairs toilet. There is a front and back garden with a bench to sit on for sunny days.

We are looking for a clean and tidy lodger who is willing to look after the bunny while we are away on holiday; this is reflected in the low rent during this time (other times 430/month). This will involve feeding her, cleaning out litter as required, letting her into the garden and making sure she is safely locked up in her hutch overnight. This and can be done easily by someone working from home or before/after work.

Would suit a mature student or professional with love for and experience of looking after animals.

Bills are included, but we only heat in the morning and evening in the winter - we put jumpers on to keep warm during the day, keeping costs down :-).
