The 2nd floor three bedroom flat at 6 Norman Road is available for rent from the 1st of September. Two bedrooms are at £350pppcm and the third smaller one is at £200pcm (refer to pictures). It can also be available as just a two bedroom if the smaller room is not filled.
I am Tomás, a tenant who lives two doors down from this flat. It is the same landlady who owns three houses in a row and she has therefore asked me if I could help her find some new tenants.
Everyone currently living at #2, #4, and the other two flats at #6 get along well and form a small sort of community. We are therefore hoping to be able to add to that by finding new people for the top floor flat of #6.
There is a total 14 of us, ages varying between 22 and 40, and occupations including musicians, artists, dancers, a nutritionist, a molecular biologist, a photographer, and more.
Again, we really want to add to the existing community; in other words, we do not just want a couple of bodies to fill the rooms. So please, when messaging, tell me about yourself, why you would want to move here, why you want to meet us, etc. etc.
All details below. If you've got any questions or want to book a viewing please free to ask. I am aiming to do the viewings on the evening of either the 18th or 19th of August.

- 2nd Floor Flat available

- 1 living room and kitchen area
- 1 bathroom

- Shared garden
- On property parking
- 2min walk from two parks

- Council tax approx. £96pcm (to then be divided amongst the tenants)

From the pictures you can see that the stairwell shared by the three flats needs a lot of work. It doesn't look nice though once you are in the flat itself you don't notice it at all. I'd say that, as a new tenant, you'd have a bit more leverage in arranging with the landlady for her to fix it to sooner or later.
All the best,
Tomás
