Hi, I have one ensuite room and a double room left to let in a freshly converted warehouse apartment in the Arena Design Center, really near Manor House.

The Master bedroom is basically self-contained with its own en-suite bathroom and shower, own storage/wardrobe room, and own private balcony with massive view. It's available now.
There is an inflatable Jacuzzi we are restarting on the balcony.

The second room is a beautiful double, available from the end of May.

The house features massive communal area and kitchen, big second communal balcony and off road parking, in a big creative community area great for musicians and artists in general. There are four other rooms in the house, all occupied by nice and easygoing persons, who are up for a hang out, but also respectful of everyone's personal space.

I'm happy to offer short-term or mid-term deals starting from the beginning of June. I'd love to keep long-term everyone who fits well the house vibe so when time comes we'll look again into the deals depending on the compatibility we've experienced within the household, but anyway aiming to extend long-term for every good fit.

One month and a half deposit, no fees.
