We are looking for a new flatmate to join us in our house in a Forest Hill. The room is available from now and can be for a long stay.
The room is a double on the top floor of the flat. Loads of storage space, big window, wardrobe.

We have a lovely shared living room, with a separate kitchen, balcony and bathroom... The house is a 3 bedroom flat. All the room are on the top floor of the flat.

The flat is on a quiet street between Sydenham and Forest Hill in South East London. Overground/rail stations nearby, and good bus connections. From the door, can reach Canada Water in about 25 minutes, and London Bridge in about 30.

Deposit - 3 weeks rent.

£550 including all bills, council tax and TV licence for single occupancy. £700 for couple.
