We are looking for someone to join us in our lovely home in Forest Hill, near the Horniman Museum, living with three male performers (aged 29, 33, 39)

The flat has a big living room with a balcony, a good-sized kitchen with a view across all of London from the window, and a bath, shower and two toilets. The bedroom is a double room with a view of trees, available furnished or unfurnished. The flat backs straight onto Sydenham Hill Woods, which is great for walks.

We are all respectful of each other and give each other space, but we do sometimes like to cook for each other and have drinks. We keep the flat tidy and really enjoy living here.

It’s £495 a month (includes all bills and Wi-Fi), plus a month rent deposit.
