We’re looking for a lovely flatmate to join this lovely 3 bed/3 floors/2 baths flat in Forest Hill from December 1st.

- The House -

This is a super tidy, warm & cosy house with a large living room/open plan kitchen, big windows all around (lots of light!) and beautiful wooden floors. The vibe is chilled & friendly (albeit not a party house). Everyone treats it as a home and we’ve enjoyed sharing chats, dinners and hanging out with flatmates (especially during lockdown) but are busy with our own things and we hope we can do the same with you!

You’ll be sharing with Tamara (musical director) & Sarah (dancer), both in their early 30s. Zen and quiet is a must for the creative vibe.

- Your Room -

Your room is furnished with a bed and wardrobe, there is plenty of extra storage space throughout the house and a little terrace that we share with the shop downstairs and that comes in handy to enjoy the sun in the morning. It’s easy to store a bike downstairs too. There’s enough space that no one steps on each others’ toes and you can really focus on your life listening to the wind blowing in the tree and the birds singing in the morning outside your window (if that’s your thing).

- The Surroundings -

The lovely Horniman garden is 5 minutes walk away. There are a lot of green spaces and bus/cycle routes to the cool places of the south.

A big Sainsbury's is 3 minutes walk as well as plenty of convenience stores which comes in handy for all your basic needs! Also many charity and antique shops if you like that and cool little cafés for your weekend strolls. We’re good friends with the next door antique shop owner and he has amazing things that occasionally end up in one of our rooms.

The overground is a 2 minutes walk away from the house with direct links to New Cross Gate (Goldsmiths university), Shoreditch, Dalston, Highbury and trains to London Bridge! We’re also close to Dulwich, Peckham and Brockley. It’s pretty convenient to reach about anywhere in London in under an hour and yet we enjoy the quiet and cool of the South and closeness to many green spaces.
