Hello! We’re looking for a couple or individual to join us in our lovely two bed Forest hill home as our flatmates are moving out and buying their own home (unbelievable, I know).


The house is a 3 bed house. Upstairs is a large bathroom that has recently been renovated. It has a corner Jacuzzi bath with an overhead shower. Downstairs is a large living area which we frequently use to watch TV and eat together. There is also a dining/kitchen area with a large island perfect for cooking and an American style fridge/freezer. We also have a utility room with a washing machine and tumble drier, and off the utility room is another toilet. Out the back we have a decked area and a covered area that is perfect for summer gatherings.

Our landlord is a nice easy going guy that has facilitated any requests we had. The house comes with free on-street parking. Bills aren't included in the rent but they come to roughly £150/month if a couple and include high-speed wifi and sky TV with movies and Netflix. We also have a weekly cleaner.

The room is a large double with a small balcony and newly renovated en-suite shower. It’s available from the start of October but the landlord would probably be OK with a later move in date. We also have a spare bedroom with a pull out sofa bed which we use for guests/storage.

The house is in a quiet residential street ten-fifteen minutes’ walk from Forest Hill train station as well as some great cafes and bars - including some particularly great brunch spots that we eat out in regularly. It has great transport links to London Bridge/Victoria as well as bus routes 185 & 122 which are a 2 min walk from the house.

You will be sharing with my boyfriend Harry and I. We are in our late 20’s – early 30’s, love music, football and a glass or two of wine and are looking for a friendly, laid back, sociable couple that enjoy sharing the occasional meal/bottle of wine and want to live in a homely home.
