We're a couple and looking for a long-term tenant, ideally for at least 6 months, with the option to extend if needed. You're welcome to do online viewing (not suitable for couples). A £500 refundable deposit is required, and the weekly rent, covering all expenses, is £125.

The Flat includes a larger fridge, spacious closet with mirror, TV, study/work table, and heating. Weekly cleaning is expected.

*5mins from train to Glasgow central (nearest train station is Pollockshields East 4min walk) from home

*5 to 8 mins from bus to Glasgow central (bus stop is 2mins away) from home

There is many local shops/Lidl/butchers & takeaways + hair salons etc from the home, approx 5-6min walk from the house (many halal options available for food too)
