Perfect for someone who likes their own space!

The smallest bedroom of the 3 is occupied by my girlfriend, but as she studies away, she would only be home every 3-4 weeks for a short while. You would have the flat to yourself 95% of the time.

Student ideally due to council tax. Next to Tesco, JD gym and is walking distance from Glasgow University. Pets considered.

I provide 500mb HyperOptic WiFi free. Electric is paid by you but since it's just 1 person it's cheap! My girlfriend also pays her share for the time she stays.
