I am looking for a flat mate to share my lovely, bright, spacious flat with me, my cat & dog, both well behaved and friendly.

I am a hard working female and I'm ideally looking for someone similar, who is sociable, laid back and seeking a friendly, peaceful home.. sense of humour would fit in well and we are a happy wee lot!
The bedroom is a bright double room with built in wardrobes and is adjacent to one of the two bathrooms which serve the property.

There is a large, open plan, twin aspect kitchen and living area with views across the river to the west end and east towards the city centre. The property also benefits from double glazing, central heating, security entry system and fibre optic broadband.
The flat is situated in a quiet cul-de-sac within a modern river-front development, 4 minutes walk from Govan subway and bus station. We are less than 15 minutes from city centre and 10 minutes from the west end.

There is free parking available in the residents' car park.
