2 large bedrooms available in a flat on Montague Street (on junction with Great Western Road, and near the Old Schoolhouse, Woodlands Road). Rent is £385, and including gas/electric and internet, it totals at just above £400.

The rooms are fairly spacious. There is no living room, but the kitchen is quite large and we use it as a communal area. The bathroom has recently been redone; it has an electric shower.

The location is perfect for students at the University of Glasgow (10 minute walk away), what with Tesco, Sainsbury's, Co-op, Lidl, and Kelvinbridge Subway nearby (ideal for young professionals also).
