Hi there,
We are 2 Female UofG students (4th and 2nd year) looking for a flatmate to take over our 3rd room anytime in June before July the 1st! The flat is a 2 minute walk from uni, right opposite hillhead subway station and is just off Byres rd. The room is currently £650 PCM without bills. The flat was completely done up only two years ago as the landlord was thinking of selling before deciding not to, so it’s in perfect condition! Windows are double glazed to keep the heat in during the colder months and we live in a residential block so there’s never any noise.
