MONTH RENT:
Double room: £1000 for one person only, with access to a shared bathroom that is shared only with one other person.

Ensuite room: £1200/month for one person only. No couples

BILLS:
Monthly rent already includes council tax and internet.

Other bills NOT included in rent are electricity, heating, hot water, water, cleaning that could add up to roughly around £90-£120/month but of course the final amount depends on usage and tariffs.

YOUR ROOM:
Your room comes furnished (bed, wardrobe, bedside table). There is also plenty of space for you to add a desk in your room, if you work from home sometimes.
