LONG-TERM MONTHLY RENT:
1. Double room: £1150 for one person only (No couples), with access to a shared bathroom that is shared with only one other person.

2. Single room: £950 for one person only, with access to the shared bathroom that is shared with only one other person.

3. Ensuite room: £1250/month and for one person only. No couples

BILLS:
Monthly rent includes council tax and internet.

Other bills NOT included in rent are electricity, heating, hot water, water, cleaning that could add up to roughly around £80-£120/month but of course the final amount depends on usage and tariffs.
