There are 2 people living in the house and if you were to lodge then it would only be 3 people living in total.

Located within 2 min walk to the bus into town / University. Also, easy walking distance of you prefer to walk.
Within 2min walk to little Waitrose which is open 24/7 and 5 min walk to local Sainsburys.

The lodger’s fee is £550 per month. All the bills are included. Also, the tv licence and internet is included.

The room offered is freshly decorated with new carpet & fully furnished. There are 2 bathrooms.

Recently installed certified electric fire alarm and gas.

The Lodger will have use of the Kitchen/dinning area, one double bedroom and bathroom.

The benefit of being a lodger, is that we buy all the cleaning materials, toilet roles, kitchen roles.
There is no cleaning rota as I clean the house, apart from your room. You are only expected clean up after you have used the kitchen. Bathroom only when you think it’s not suitable for the next person to use.

Last year was successful so again this year looking to lodge one of our rooms. We are careful in the Covid 19 period and take hygiene seriously to protect others and ourselves.
