Hi there. I’m 35 years old male, professional, tidy and clean, very friendly and respectful. Usually I’m keeping busy myself out so most of the time during the days I’m not at home.
I live in Gullane and I’m looking for a flat mate. The flat is very nice, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom with shower over the bath and toilet, living room with nice and clear view. There’s a bus stop just infront of the building. Coop, day-today and Margiotta shops in the village, pubs and restaurants.
The monthly rent with all bills included is £420. That’s including: rent, council tax, electricity, gas and internet. The bedroom is normal size with a comfy king size bed. No other furniture inside but could negotiate if needed. There’s only 2 more flats in the building. Also you can use very nice shared garden in the back yard of the building. Rules: absolutely NO walking with shoes in the flat! Keeping clean and tidy is mandatory!
I’m having friends from time to time for a drink or dinner but we’re not loud. You can also have guests whenever you want.
The room will be available from 20th of February but viewing could be done almost anytime.
Prefer woman as a flat mate because of my previous experience for peaceful living and balance of the energy!
