Dear Future housemate.
Do you work in Ealing hospital, or look to zip down the Elizabeth line to a job in central London?
We are a lovely friendly house with Chris (29, a policeman), Joanna (33 works for a Uni), my partner Kerrie (just stopped being 39 :-) ) when she visits, and me, a vicar.
The room itself is a huge double but in adition the house is spacious with a large kitchen diner, an enormous living room, a conservatory, and a garden just right for having barbecues in.
The gas, electric, water, council tax and broadband are all included.
The house in in the heart of Hanwell, 2 mins walk from the Elizabeth line station - so only 17 mins to Bond street. Its also 15 mins walk from Ealing hospital - so the place might be really suitable for someone who worked there. We are also on a night bus route to central London.
There's a lidl 2 mins walk from us and Waitrose and Sainsburys 15 mns. There's an independent coffee shop and two greasy spoons of a rather superior quality, and a lovely Thai place as well as several Indians and a Pizza Takeaway
We are also a short bus ride from Ealing Broadway - with a myriad of places to eat.
We do house dinners every now and again - or perhaps head to Westfield to catch a movie. So if you just want a room, we are not the place for you - we are looking for someone who would like to make friends
Oh - I should mention we have Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney Plus as well as an Alexa in the kitchen and Tado smart controls on your radiator
