Hi, There is an ensuite double room available in Cadnam Hall, Harbourne which is situated close to The University of Birmingham. It will be available from early November (but you can move in from late December/early January 2016 for the start of the Spring term) until June 2016 (or September if you want to extend your stay). It is £119.25 a week (£477 a month) for an en-suite double room, with a double bed including bills. It is a 10-15 minute walk from University. It includes the following: Water/Electricity, Council Tax, Microwave, Fan Assisted Oven, Fridge, Freezer, Washing Machine, Dryer, Satellite/Cable TV Point (50 inch TV), Internet, Instant Hot Water.
