My flatmate is moving out and I need to find a replacement ASAP.

The room is a furnished double with a separate fully-equipped bathroom, this would be your own.
The flat is modern but in a charming Victorian mansion with high ceilings, a garden, and a car park.
Location-wise, the property is in a leafy part of Headingley which is set back from the main road.
It’s a 10 minute walk to the local shops, and the local bars and restaurants. A pub is just 5 minutes away, my preferred local!

To get into the city centre, a walk is about 30 minutes or there are several bus stops in the vicinity.
