This large house is occupied by the family, Jim, Meelan and 2 teenage kids. The house has 7 bedrooms, 4 of which have been used for farriery and blacksmith student accommodation for the past 12 years.(Holme Lacy College).
There is plenty of space in this substantial Victorian house. There is a large garden with a covered decking area for smokers. We accommodate from 3 nights minimum to 5 nights maximum per week (Mon -Fri, price is adjusted accordingly). Most farriery and blacksmith students only attend college for 3 days a week so they generally stay from Sunday night to Wednesday. Students may stay the odd weekend if requsted in advance. The rent is from £35.00 to £38.00 per night depending on which room .We include breakfast, drinks & full fibre superfast internet at no extra charge. Evening meals are available if required. Just £6.00 for a large, home cooked meal. You just need to let us know that morning and as long as more than one student is eating we will cook.
The house is situated a 10-15 minute walk from the city centre. There you will find a bus stop for Holme Lacy College which leaves at 9.03am each morning arriving at 9:18am.(Yeomans Bus service 454, Hereford to Woolhope). It returns to Hereford at 17:23pm.
We can happily provide feedback from students who have stayed with us.
